Ability to Manage Business Complexity

Built, developed, and managed a specialty district that called on all the teaching institutions/IDN’s/Heath Systems, bariatric surgeons, endocrinologists, cardiologists, and more in the States of GA, SC, FL, ME, NH, MA.  Developed KOL’s, key accounts – C-suites, payers, and employers. 

  • Result – (recent) Finished #2 in Nation for Presidents club 2019.

Complex Market Understanding to Execute Regional & National Sales Plans; Cross-collaboration

Worked as a national strategic analyst with VP of Market access and managed care organizations in the National Headquarters (HQ) setting. Developed and rolled out strategic initiatives to increase sales and relations with National Key Accounts, GPO, and the Veterans Administration (VA) Hospitals.  Created an internal inquiry flow to aid all field personal to FAQ, protocols, and policies in their tactical plans. Most recently have led a team through navigation and influence mapping of large IDNs, hospitals, and health systems in the Greater Atlanta marketplace. Products supported included Cardiology, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Hospital, and primary care brands. 

  • Result – enhanced skill sets with National/Regional Strategic Planning & Marketing.

Market and Advocacy Development

Partnered with State government affairs and National Account Executive to secure formulary wins with the State of GA, SC, and ME.  Additionally, negotiated wins with Wellstar, Northeast Georgia Health System, and Delta calling on c-suites to add product to formulary for their employees.
